Watch our YWAM 50th celebration online

This Wednesday through Friday YWAM Denver will be celebrating YWAM Internationals 50th Anniversary. We are excited about this event, to be able to see so many YWAMers united on one location. There are nearly 400 people attending and we hope to see many of you. If, in the unfortunate event, you are not able to attend the celebration, we will be streaming live the opening ceremony of the event, Wednesday night September 8th, 2010, 6.30 PM MST. Around The World outreach update

Our Around the World DTS just left 2 weeks ago and has already started their 12 week journey by beginning in California. There they were able to minister to a youth group at a local church, lead several church services, as well as spend a day out on the streets of San Francisco practicing hearing the voice of God and serving the city.   After 5 days on the coast they flew across the Pacific to South Korea! For a week they taught English to a group of over 200 Korean students; and

With this being the last week that our outreach teams are out on the field, we wanted to just give you a blip into the lives of each one. The Thailand team has continued to work in Phuket with the SHE ministry and were actually able to see the direct results of their efforts with the bar girls. Thailand Outreach report

Visiting slums, praying for the people of Bangkok, and preparing meals for 90 people at a YWAM Thailand conference were just a few of the things that the Thailand team was up to this past week. While in the slums, a lady cam forward for healing from being mute because of a blockage in her throat.
